Captain Ahmed Zubair was nominated by the Government as the Chairman of  the Board of Directors of the Company on 30th October, 2005.   He is presently  Member of Parliament representing North Ari Atoll. He is also presently The Deputy Minister of  the Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation, Maldives. 

Mr. Aimon Jameel  joined the Company  on 10th March, 1981. He  graduated from The Centre for Business Studies (London) in 1984.  

He has served the Company under various posts including, as Marketing Manager and as General Manager  of the Company. He has dedicated his career in the shipping industry and is  specialized in shipping and chartering. 

Mr. Aimon Jameel, was appointed as Director of the Company by the Government on 07th October, 2004.  Presently he is the Managing Director of the Company.

Mr. Abdulla Nafiz was appointed as a Member of the Board on 10th August, 2004.

He is presently the Dean of the Faculty of Computing & Business Studies. He holds a  Bachelors degree & Masters Degree in Business Management.

Mr. Ajwad Ali was appointed to the Board of the Company by the Government on 18th August, 2004. He is Presently the Assistant Director General at the Ministry of Higher Education, Employment & Social security, Male’. He holds a  Bachelor Commerce degree  in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Masters in Human Resource Planning and Development.

Mr. Ismail Shafeeq was appointed as Director of the Company on 13th April, 2006.He is presently  Executive Director at the Ministry of Finance & Treasury.
